Dear User, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30, June 2003, number 196, “Personal Data Protection Code” (hereinafter referred to as “the Code”), Amarelli S.a.s. informs you of the following:
1. Purpose of the processing
Your personal identification and contact data (name, surname, company name – where applicable-, telephone number, e-mail address) is collected by Amarelli S.a.s. via forms found on this internet website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) and is processed for the following purposes:
a) to reply to your information inquiries and to follow up on any purposes connected with and/or instrumental to that aim and for purposes connected with the provision of the services you requested, among which promotional events, as well as for sending and/or receiving related thematic messages and newsletters. Provision of your personal data is optional, however, Amarelli S.a.s. will not be able to provide the requested services should you refuse to provide it.
b) to send commercial (marketing) information and for purposes of direct sale: subject to your express consent, Amarelli S.a.s. may use your personal data to send you commercial information (marketing material) and/or for direct sale purposes via e-mail, fax, telephone or any other remote communication technology.Giving your consent to your personal data processing is optional, however, should you refuse to consent, you will still be able to access other services provided by the Website.Even if the user gave his/her consent, he/she shall always have the right to oppose, in whole or in part, to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing and/or for direct sales purposes by simply addressing such request to Amarelli S.a.s. without any further formality.
c) analysis of user behaviour: subject to your consent, we reserve the faculty to analyse your behaviour by reading your website navigation data in order to perform a user profile analysis and improve our offer and the Website services, according to your preferences and your interests.
2) Type of data collected
a) Personal data
The personal data you provide shall be recorded and stored on secure electronic media and shall be processed with adequate security measures, also associating and adding it to other databases.The information you provide shall be processed by Amarelli S.a.s. solely using the methods and procedures required to deliver the services you requested.Only subject to your express consent shall this information be used for statistical purposes, for market surveys and for sending information on products or on promotional initiatives by Amarelli S.a.s..

The information systems and software procedures used for website running may acquire data as part of their standard operation; transmission of some of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.This data is collected by our Website in order to be related to identified interested parties. However, because of their nature such data may, through associations with other data held by the Data Controller or by third parties, allow user identification.This category of data includes: the user’s IP address or domain name of the computer used to access the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of query, the method used to submit the query to the server, the size of files received in response to the query, the digit code identifying the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.)and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and computer environment.The above data, potentially acquired during use of the Website, may be used by the Data Controller with the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information concerning the use of the Website, with the aim of identifying the users’ favourite pages in order to provide them with continuously improved contents and monitor their proper operation.The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of possible IT crimes committed to the detriment of the Website.

In relation to both the purposes mentioned above, data processing shall be carried out both through computers and/or telecommunication tools as well as on hard copy, and in any event by means of suitable tools capable of assuring data security and confidentiality, by adopting the security measures provided for by the Code.
4. Scope of data disclosure and dissemination.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge of data processing and responsible for managing the services you requested, as well the persons in charge of all data processing, appointed by Amarelli S.a.s..
Your personal information shall by no means be disclosed to the public.
5. Data Controller and Person in Charge
The Data Controller for all information provided by the users is Amarelli S.a.s..The Person in Charge of data processing is the person who is responsible for managing the Company’s database.
6. Users’ rights
You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data that concerns you, knowledge of its contents and origin, and have the right to verify the data correctness, request integrations or updatings or amendments (art. 7 7 of the Code).
In accordance with the same article you have the right to request the deletion, conversion to anonymous form or blocking of the information processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data.

6. Nature of the processing and related consent
In compliance with the provisions of the law we therefore ask you to confirm that you have read this information notice and that you authorise the processing of your data by crossing out the “YES” box on the Website’s form. It is understood that your consent refers to the processing of the personal data collected, with the exception of any data that is strictly necessary for the completion of transactions and services you have requested when you subscribed to them, since for such activities your consent is not required.
